Overnight Bilingual Production Supervisor

Pay: $30-35/jr

Shift: Sunday-Friday nights – 11PM-Finish (usually between 6:30-7AM)

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and ensure production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with food safety standards. The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production staff, assigning work, training employees, monitoring quality and safety procedures, and maintaining compliance with HACCP, GMP, and company policies.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who is confident, decisive, and comfortable managing employee performance. This individual must be able to maintain high standards of safety, quality, attendance, and productivity while providing clear direction and holding team members accountable for results.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise production employees during assigned shifts.
Assign daily work and ensure staffing is aligned with production needs.
Train and coach employees in production processes, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Conduct pre-shift inspections and monitor the work area for safety hazards throughout the shift.
Enforce company safety policies, GMPs, HACCP requirements, and food safety procedures.
Ensure employees wear required PPE and adhere to sanitation standards.
Verify production work orders and confirm all required ingredients and materials are available.
Monitor production performance and ensure daily production targets are achieved.
Ensure line checks, quality checks, and production documentation are completed accurately.
Maintain a clean and organized production environment.
Identify and escalate production, quality, or safety concerns to management.
Conduct effective shift handoffs by communicating production status, quality concerns, and safety information to incoming supervisors.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

Spanish fluency (spoken and written).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Experience in manufacturing, food production, or light industrial environment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, and lift as needed throughout the shift.
Ability to work in both wet and dry production environments.
Ability to safely use tools and equipment, including knives and box cutters.
Ability to work in refrigerated and freezer environments:
- Refrigerators: 38&degree;F-42&degree;F
- Freezers: Below 32&degree;F
Ability to read, write, and understand instructions, labels, ingredient information, and safety signage.
Must be available to work a Sunday-Friday schedule.
