Job Title: Electronics Assembler – $18/hr – 1st Shift (Leicester, MA)
Pay & Schedule:

• $18/hr

• Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:30pm

• Temp-to-Perm opportunity

About the Role:
We’re looking for an Electromechanical Assembler to join our team in Leicester, MA. You’ll work with your hands to solder, assemble, and test small electronic and mechanical parts. Hand soldering is required, and you will complete a brief test during your interview.

What You’ll Do:

• Hand solder and assemble small components (NO microscope)

• Build and test electromechanical parts using tools and equipment

• Perform quality checks and rework when needed

• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

• Follow wiring diagrams and assembly instructions

What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to hand solder (test during interview)

• Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for small parts

• Manufacturing or assembly experience helpful but not required

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and sit for long periods while soldering
