Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to identify mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.

  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to maximize client outcomes.

  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, documenting goals, interventions, and monitoring progress to track growth and improvement.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and educational professionals, to formulate comprehensive care plans that address the various needs of clients.

  • Deliver crisis intervention services, including thorough risk assessments and safety planning, when clients face urgent mental health challenges.

  • Advocate on behalf of clients, ensuring they have access to necessary community resources and support, contributing to a more equitable mental health landscape.

  • Engage in community outreach and awareness activities to promote mental health resources and reduce the stigma associated with seeking mental health assistance.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Access Mind Counseling LLC also offers a generous sign-on bonus as an incentive.
