Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments of clients to identify mental health needs, strengths, and challenges, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy to maximize client outcomes.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, documenting goals, interventions, and monitoring progress to track growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, healthcare providers, and educational professionals, to formulate comprehensive care plans that address the various needs of clients.
- Deliver crisis intervention services, including thorough risk assessments and safety planning, when clients face urgent mental health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
