  • Influence hiring decisions through consultative partnership and market insight
  • Manage compensation discussions, including sign-on bonuses and total rewards packages
  • Extend and negotiate offers in alignment with internal guidelines and market conditions
  • Maintain ongoing communication with hiring managers to refine search strategies and ensure hiring goals are met
  • Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for future hiring needs
  • Ensure compliance with internal recruiting policies, governance standards, and audit requirements
  • Participate in broader recruiting initiatives as needed

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience (strong preference for senior-level full-cycle recruiting exposure)
  • Proven background in financial services recruiting
  • Experience recruiting for a mix of roles (business, operations, analytics, transformation, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing capabilities with the ability to build pipelines independently
  • Experience working directly with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage compensation conversations, including sign-on bonuses and offer negotiation
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with multiple requisitions

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems; Oracle experience preferred

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Confident, consultative recruiter who can push back when needed and guide hiring strategy
  • Strong relationship builder with senior stakeholders (up to VP level)
  • Highly organized and able to manage 15–20 active roles simultaneously
  • Experienced in both sourcing passive talent and managing inbound pipelines
  • Able to hit the ground running with minimal ramp-up time
  • Comfortable working across hybrid/remote teams in EST hours

Additional Details

  • Conversion possibility for local candidates (no guarantee)
