- Manage weekly union payroll for a self-performing union workforce, including union reporting, certified payrolls, and union audits
- Develop and maintain internal processes for payroll-related GL reporting, accrued payroll expenses, and quarterly tax support
- Required: Miter payroll/HRIS experience
- Preferred: Union payroll experience within a construction, manufacturing, or similar high-volume environment
- Seeking a hands-on leader who communicates well and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

- Background in a construction, manufacturing, or similar environment
- Strong understanding of payroll-related accounting, including accrued payroll expenses and quarterly tax basics
- Experience working in a high-volume, fast-paced payroll environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills; comfortable taking ownership and being a visible leader in the office
- BuildOps and Sage Intacct experience preferred
