Remote Benefits Specialist — Full Training • No Experience Required

This is a remote client-facing position where you’ll meet virtually with union and association members, explain their permanent benefits, and help match them with the best coverage for their families. All clients are pre-qualified — no cold calling or door knocking ever.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Conduct Zoom appointments with members to explain available benefits
- Guide clients to the most suitable plans based on eligibility and need
- Deliver professional, personalized service and maintain follow-up
- Use our proven training systems and leadership support to succeed
