We're looking for a friendly and motivated Sales Associate to join our team and help create a positive shopping experience for our customers.
What You'll Do
As a Sales Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers—and their pets—receive exceptional service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting customers in finding the right products for their pets.
- Providing knowledgeable recommendations on pet care and nutrition.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- Restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively.
- Operating the cash register and processing transactions accurately.
- Building relationships with customers and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or retail role.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor with excellent communication skills.
- A passion for pets and a willingness to learn about pet products and care.
