Position Summary
The Electrical Assembler is a manufacturing position responsible for assembling and installing electrical components used in industrial equipment and control panels. This role follows established instructions, drawings, and processes to complete quality assemblies safely and efficiently. Prior electronic assembly experience required.
We are looking for individuals who are hands-on, dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble electrical components and parts according to instructions and drawings.
- Install and connect wires, cables, and electrical components.
- Use basic hand tools and assembly equipment.
- Follow established processes and safety procedures.
- Inspect work to ensure components are assembled correctly and meet quality standards.
- Identify and communicate any issues, missing materials, or quality concerns.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work as part of a team to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Learn new assembly processes, tools, and equipment through on-the-job training.
- After training, following schematics and drawings to build assembly.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Manufacturing, construction, electrical, or hands-on experience is required.
- Comfortable using basic hand tools or willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Dependable and willing to learn new skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good attendance and a positive attitude.
- Prior electronic assembly experience required.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to use hand tools and perform repetitive assembly tasks.
- Ability to bend, reach, and work in various positions.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.

Shift: 1st & 2nd shift
$21 - $23 / hour (second shift rate includes a 6% shift differential)
