Job DescriptionThis Boiler/Evaporator Operator Position Features:
Shift Time: 6pm to 6am - 3rd shift
Shift Days are Staggered: 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
Job Overview:
This position is responsible for operating boiler systems, evaporators, and juice processing equipment while ensuring product quality, safety compliance, and a clean, hazard-free work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor boiler, evaporation, and juice processing systems in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment following Sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and procedures.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance to ensure products meet required quality standards.
Accurately complete all required process flow and production documentation.
Participate in company-mandated training sessions and safety programs.
Required Competencies:
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment.
Ability to lift and move materials weighing 50 lbs or more.
Education & Experience Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid 2nd Class Fireman’s License required.
