Staff Accountant Responsibilities:\n
<ul>\n
<li>Own inventory-heavy Accounts Payable processing</li>
\n
<li>Process invoices, perform three-way matching, and ensure payment accuracy</li>
\n
<li>Research discrepancies, prevent duplicate payments, and communicate with vendors</li>
\n
<li>Maintain vendor documentation including W-9s</li>
\n
<li>Support general accounting and cross-train across additional functions</li>
\n</ul>
Staff Accountant Qualifications:\n
<ul>\n
<li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting required</li>
\n
<li>P21 / Prophet 21 experience strongly preferred</li>
\n
<li>Distribution and inventory accounting experience</li>
\n
<li>Strong Accounts Payable background</li>
\n
<li>Solid understanding of GAAP</li>
\n
<li>Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a hands-on environment</li>
