We are looking for a Customer Success Specialist to join our client's team in Springfield, Massachusetts. In this Contract to permanent position, you will provide essential services to individuals with disabilities, helping them acquire and sustain personal assistant services to live independently. You will play a key role in guiding clients through assessments, orientations, and training sessions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to evaluate client eligibility and service needs.
• Facilitate comprehensive orientation sessions for individuals, ensuring they understand available services.
• Provide skill training to clients, empowering them to manage their personal assistant programs effectively.
• Monitor client progress and offer ongoing support to ensure successful maintenance of services.
• Educate clients on resources and strategies for independent living.
• Respond to inquiries and provide accurate information via phone and email communication.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Address client concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution.
• Uphold organization standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, including email correspondence.
• Ability to conduct assessments and provide tailored guidance to diverse clients.
• Familiarity with supporting individuals with disabilities and understanding their unique needs.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
