What You’ll Do
- Follow clear instructions and step-by-step procedures to assemble parts with accuracy
- Gather materials and tools needed to complete each task
- Assemble components by hand or with equipment, ensuring everything fits correctly
- Inspect finished work to make sure it meets quality standards
- Track production quantities and time worked
- Speak up if something doesn’t look right—reporting defects, issues, or malfunctions helps keep everything running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as an assembler is helpful, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person
- Comfortable using hand tools or basic machinery
- Able to communicate clearly and work well with others
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of quality and consistency
- High school diploma or GED required (technical or vocational training is a plus)
