Job DescriptionThe Panther Group is looking for motivated individuals to join the team as an Cable Assembler working for a local manufacturing leader in the Beverly, MA area.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare, assemble, and inspect RF microwave cables and connectors using proper materials, tools, and established procedures

Build electronic connectors and cable assemblies according to detailed work instructions and documentation

Follow quality standards to ensure finished products meet technical specifications

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Use precision tools and, when required, microscopes to perform detailed assembly work
What We’re Looking For

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to perform assembly tasks with or without the use of a microscope

Comfort following written work instructions and technical documentation

Basic math and reading comprehension skills

Manual dexterity and steady hand for precision assembly work

Previous electronics, cable assembly, or manufacturing experience is a plus
