Responsibilities

- Lead audit and assurance engagements from planning through completion.
- Manage multiple engagements while ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff.
- Review workpapers and financial statements prior to Partner review.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and communication.
- Identify opportunities to provide advisory services and additional value to clients.
- Assist with business development and practice growth initiatives.
- Coordinate engagement planning, staffing, and scheduling.
- Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
- CPA license or active pursuit of CPA preferred.
- 5–7+ years of public accounting experience.
- Experience serving nonprofit organizations and conducting nonprofit audits is strongly preferred.
- Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- High proficiency with accounting software and technology.
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a deadline-driven environment.
