Salary: $130,000–$150,000 + Benefits
We are seeking an exceptional Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations of a prestigious luxury hotel in the heart of Boston. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented, creative, and experienced culinary leader with a passion for elevated dining, exceptional hospitality, and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in luxury hotels, fine dining, and high-volume culinary operations, along with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of Executive Chef or senior culinary leadership experience
- Strong background in luxury hotels, upscale restaurants, or fine dining
- Experience overseeing multiple culinary outlets, banquets, and private events
- Proven success managing high-volume, scratch kitchens
- Strong financial acumen, including food costs, labor, budgeting, and inventory
- Creative approach to menu development and seasonal cuisine
- Exceptional leadership, team development, and communication skills
- Commitment to outstanding food quality, presentation, and guest experiences
