Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a caseload of at least 25 clients, ensuring each session is tailored to meet individual client needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy to address a variety of mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training and staff meetings.

• Collaborate with school staff and stakeholders to create supportive environments conducive to enhancing student mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on adolescents and young adults, providing them with support in navigating challenges related to mental health. Additionally, familiarity or willingness to engage with diverse populations, including the LGBTQIA+ community and various minority groups, will be integral to your success in this role. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) license to practice in the State of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience is required.

• Professional malpractice insurance must be maintained throughout employment.

• Experience providing psychotherapy to individuals aged 18 and older is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
