**Warehouse Associate
**
**Work Location:
** 250 Revolutionary Drive, Taunton, MA 02780Pay Rate: $21/hr. Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMJob Type: Contract / Contingent | Potential overtime as needed
**About the Role
**
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Taunton, MA. This role is responsible for preparing, packaging, labeling, and shipping finished products while maintaining inventory accuracy and following established warehouse procedures.
The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification within 60 days.
**Key Responsibilities
**

Package and label finished products according to work orders and sales orders.

Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.

Palletize orders and secure materials using shrink wrap and/or steel strapping.

Inspect materials to ensure correct part numbers and quantities.

Verify orders for accuracy and completeness before shipping.

Maintain accurate records and documentation as required.

Maintain batch and lot traceability.

Distribute received materials to appropriate warehouse areas.

Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy.

Maintain an adequate supply of packaging and shipping materials and notify the supervisor of low inventory.

Use UPS shipping scales and related equipment.

Document production time when required.

Perform computer transactions using QAD or similar warehouse/ERP systems.

Follow all departmental procedures and safety requirements.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Obtain and maintain forklift certification within 60 days of employment.

Work overtime as required.

Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
**Qualifications
**

Previous warehouse experience is required.

Ability to obtain and maintain forklift certification within 60 days.

Experience with shipping, receiving, packing, labeling, and inventory preferred.

Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify part numbers and quantities.

Comfortable maintaining records and documentation.

Basic computer skills; experience with QAD or another ERP system is a plus.

Ability to perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.

Ability to follow established procedures, safety guidelines, and quality requirements.

Reliable attendance and flexibility to work overtime when needed.
