Job DescriptionAssembler - Weekend Shift
A leading provider of PCBs is seeking an Assembler for a weekend shift in Westford, MA. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a lean manufacturing environment where employees are rewarded for their dedication and hard work.
Shift of the Assembler:
Weekend Shift: Fri-Sun 6:00am-6:30pm (Must train for three weeks during the week Mon-Fri 1st shift)
Pay Rate of the Assembler:
$21 per hour
Responsibilities of the Assembler:
- Verify integrity of materials and report defects.
- Identify non-conforming materials and inform manufacturing personnel.
- Assemble and pack products following specific procedures.
- Maintain inventory, equipment, and cleanliness in the work area.
- Follow all applicable ISO and job-specific procedures.
Qualifications of the Assembler:
- High School diploma or equivalent education.
- 1+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience.
- Ability to read assembly procedures and follow visual aids.
- Basic mechanical assembly knowledge and skills.
- Good organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment.
