Job DescriptionCase Manager - Housing Services
Location: Worcester, MA
Type: Temp-to-hire
Pay Rate: $25-$27/hr
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, onsite/on the road (mileage reimbursed)
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in Human Services or case management.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; able to handle sensitive, confidential information.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and database systems.
- Experience with housing search/resources preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willing to travel throughout Worcester County.
Responsibilities:
- Assess clients’ financial, employment, housing, education, and health needs to build a re-housing and stabilization plan.
- Provide case management, housing search assistance, and placement support.
- Provide subsidy plans and moving/furniture assistance.
- Ensure rental units meet health and safety standards.
- Connect clients to social services, education, and medical resources.
- Monitor service quality and track client progress.
- Maintain client records and case files, including in the program’s data systems.
- Manage an active caseload.

You will be entitled to health insurance once employed for 60 days and you must work 30 hours per week, on average, per month to enroll and maintain health insurance through Complete Staffing Solutions.
