Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and risk assessments, to determine the needs of patients.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) during individual, couple, family, and group sessions.

  • Provide crisis intervention services and work collaboratively with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.

  • Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines, ensuring the accuracy of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.

  • Educate patients and their families on mental health disorders, empowering them to manage their conditions through knowledge and practical strategies.

  • Regularly evaluate treatment progress through outcome assessments and adjust plans as necessary to maximize patient benefit.

Qualifications\n
