As a Restaurant Crew Member, you’ll be cross-trained across all stations, supporting food preparation, order assembly, counter service, and dining room operations. This role reports to the Shift Supervisor and General Manager.
Responsibilities
- Take customer orders and provide friendly counter service.
- Handle cash and operate POS systems accurately.
- Prepare food and assemble burger and fry orders.
- Work across all restaurant stations as needed.
- Maintain order accuracy and quality standards.
- Support dining room upkeep and cleanliness.
- Follow food safety procedures.
- Replenish stock and collaborate with the restaurant team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in restaurant operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling.
- Experience with food preparation and food safety practices.
- Strong order accuracy and customer service skills.
- Effective time management and teamwork skills.
