Responsibilities

• Set-up and efficiently operate required tooling
\n
• Inspect work visually and dimensionally to ensure quality standards are met
\n
• Operate within AS9100/ISO9001 requirements to include proper documentation, revision control, traceability, and lot control. Confirm production and inspection paperwork is accurately filled out.
\n
• Perform daily maintenance on equipment, and maintain tools, gages, and a clean, organized, and safe work area.
\n
• Adhere to safety regulations • Conduct other related duties as assigned
\n
• Report any problems or discrepancies to supervisor • Deburr Specialists often assist our marking department using Dot-peen, Vibro-peen, Electro-Etch and engraving methods. Experience in these methods would be a plus.
\n

Qualifications
\n
• High School Diploma or Equivalent
\n
• Preferred Minimum 2-years work experience or related schooling
\n
• Proficient in blueprint reading
\n
• Experienced in using precision instruments such as Foredoms, Pencil Grinders, Air tools, Microscope and Borescopes.
\n
• Strong mechanical aptitude with problem solving skills
\n
• Capable of working independently and collaborate as a part of a team.
\n
• Effective with written and verbal communication
\n
• High command of organization skills and intense attention to detail
\n
• Ability to perform repetitive motion and routinely lift materials up to 50 pounds
