Schedule: Monday-Friday 1:00PM-9:30PM
Training on 1st Shift 7:00Am-3:30PM
Summary - Job Responsibilities – Activities:
- Sets up and runs production equipment according to job traveler and Standard Operating Conditions
- Enters data into a computer
- Works with pigment and resin formulation
- Follows recipes or formulas for various compounds
- Gauges and calibrates process equipment
- Documents the overall production process including potential defects
- Frequently and safely lifts up to 50 pounds
- Follows general housekeeping rules
- Follows all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Acts as a leadership resource to provide knowledge, advice, experience, etc.
- Maintains communication with all departments to ensure efficiency
- Monitors production and manages the overall process
- Performs on-the-job training as assigned
- Reviews weekly punch reports with staff and returns the signed copy to Human Resources
- Alerts the Facilities Manager with safety concerns
- Enforces all company policies and procedures
- Coaches team to ensure optimal performance
- Alerts Human Resources with any personnel concerns

Requirements:
Education – Experience:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Knowledge of how to drive a fork truck
- Familiar with an ERP/Shop Floor Entry system
- Knowledge of quality assurance
- Familiar with 5S
Required Skills, Competencies, Authorities and Training Needs:
- Basic math skills
