We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, trustworthy, and energetic Personal Assistant who can help manage the many moving pieces of a busy professional and personal life.

The Opportunity
As a Personal Assistant, you’ll provide day-to-day support across a variety of personal, administrative, organizational, and logistical responsibilities.
Every day may look a little different. One day you may be coordinating appointments and schedules, while the next you may be running errands, organizing a project, researching a purchase, or helping prepare for an event.
The ideal person is resourceful, discreet, dependable, and comfortable wearing many hats.
You’ll be trusted with important responsibilities, so integrity, confidentiality, and follow-through are essential.

What You’ll Do
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Manage calendars, appointments, schedules, and reminders
- Coordinate personal and professional commitments
- Help prioritize daily tasks and competing demands
- Make phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence
- Research and coordinate travel, reservations, activities, and events
- Run errands and assist with personal tasks and projects
- Coordinate household or personal services as needed
- Organize documents, information, and important deadlines
- Assist with purchasing, returns, deliveries, and other logistics
- Help coordinate special events, gatherings, and projects
- Research options and present recommendations
- Communicate with vendors, service providers, businesses, and other contacts
- Anticipate needs and proactively address potential problems
- Keep track of follow-ups and make sure important tasks don't fall through the cracks
- Assist with other projects and responsibilities as needed

Previous experience as a personal assistant, executive assistant, office manager, coordinator, or in another highly organized support role is a plus.
