The role requires a Monday to Friday work schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a work-life balance alongside fulfilling professional duties.
Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct individual and group therapy sessions remotely, utilizing video conferencing and other telehealth platforms.
- Assess client needs through comprehensive evaluations and create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual's circumstances.
- Actively coordinate with a multidisciplinary remote care team, including psychiatrists and support staff, to enhance the patient care experience and optimize treatment outcomes.
- Maintain strict compliance with confidentiality protocols and ethical requirements while documenting clinical notes and client interactions in an electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring efficacy in therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
