PeopleShare is hiring immediately for an Office Support Specialist!
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys hands-on work and keeping office operations running smoothly.
Job Details
- Pay: $20/hr
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM
- Type: Temporary (covering a leave)
- Location: Marlborough, MA (on-site)
- Parking: Free
What You’ll Do
- Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
- Handle FedEx and DHL shipments
- Assist customers at the mailroom window with excellent customer service
- Complete document scanning and basic office support tasks
- Deliver paper and office supplies within the building
- Use office equipment including copiers, scanners, and envelope openers
- Perform general support duties and light facility tasks as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1–2 years of office, mailroom, or customer service experience
- Comfortable with standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills
- Able to work on-site Monday–Friday
