Key Responsibilities
Category & Market Strategy
- Define and execute product marketing strategies across multiple categories.
- Develop positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans that resonate with consumers and retail partners.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and storytelling across all channels.
Innovation & Go-to-Market Leadership
- Partner with Product Development and Brand teams to launch new products with maximum impact.
- Drive category growth through data-driven insights and competitive analysis.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product marketing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Digital, and Operations to ensure alignment and execution.
- Foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in product marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven success in consumer products and multi-category marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Expertise in go-to-market strategy, brand positioning, and category growth.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment and manage complex projects.
