Resolving customers' questions and grievances in a professional manner Ensure product quality and consistency.
Ensuring that the restaurant adheres to pertinent health and safety regulations.
Work closely with Operations Manager on day-to- day issues
1-3 years guest facing experience
demonstrated success creating a superior guest experience,
HS diploma or GED
