We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Construction Equipment Sales Representative to manage and grow our presence throughout the Greater Worcester County MA region. This role is focused on developing long-term customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and providing solutions across construction, excavation, site work, landscaping, and related industries.
This is a field-based role with strong autonomy, backed by an established dealership known for quality equipment, service, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a defined sales territory within Worcester County
- Build strong relationships with contractors, municipalities, landscapers, and developers
- Prospect new accounts while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Sell new and used construction equipment, attachments, and related solutions
- Conduct on-site customer visits, equipment demos, and jobsite evaluations
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and equipment solutions tailored to customer needs
- Coordinate with internal teams (service, parts, operations) to deliver an excellent customer experience
- Track sales activity and opportunities using CRM tools
- Represent the company professionally at job sites, industry events, and customer meetings

Requirements:
Qualifications
- 3+ years of outside sales experience (construction equipment, heavy equipment, ag equipment, or related industries preferred)
- Strong knowledge of contractors, construction workflows, or equipment applications
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and territory independently
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable working in a performance-based, commission-driven environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout the territory
