Job Title: Manufacturing Associate
Location: Devens, MA
Duration: 6+ Months Contract (Potential Extension)
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hour (W2)
Schedule: 12-Hour Rotational Shift (Days/Nights, Weekends & Holidays as Required)
Work Type: 100% Onsite
Responsibilities:
- Perform manufacturing operations following SOPs, Batch Records, and GMP requirements.
- Execute production activities in accordance with safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
- Prepare, clean, and maintain production equipment and manufacturing areas.
- Support aseptic processing and cleanroom manufacturing activities.
- Follow ALCOA+ data integrity principles and GMP documentation practices.
- Work collaboratively with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety policies and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline preferred.
- 1+ years of manufacturing experience in a GMP, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or biologics environment.
- Experience following SOPs, Batch Records, and GMP documentation practices.
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment while wearing appropriate PPE.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Must be willing to work a 12-hour rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Biopharmaceutical or Cell Therapy manufacturing experience.
- Aseptic processing experience.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
