Job Description
Join a dynamic team at a company renowned for manufacturing twisted wire brushes, medical brushes, cosmetic brushes, and gun-blazing brushes, including the invention of the mascara brush. Due to significant growth, we seek enthusiastic production associates to be part of our expanding team. You will have the opportunity to work across two areas: manual assembly and automated operations, ensuring a diverse and engaging work experience.
Responsibilities
- Load machines with materials for threading.
- Fill and assemble orders based on customer specifications.
- Cross-train in both manual and automated production areas.
Essential Skills
- Consistent work history.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
- Capability to move around the production floor, sit or stand for an entire shift.
- Effective communication with other employees.
- Possession of a High School Diploma or GED.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in retail, production, machine operation, general labor, inventory management.
- Skills in customer service, food & beverage, electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics, repair, preventive maintenance, and schematics.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, loud, climate-controlled manufacturing environment during the 2nd shift from 3:30 pm to midnight, with flexibility for overtime. Enjoy a welcoming and collaborative atmosphere with a focus on employee well-being.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Palmer, Massachusetts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
