What we're looking for:
- Strong manufacturing accounting and cost accounting experience.
- Deep understanding of standard costing, inventory, labor, overhead, and manufacturing variances.
- Experience partnering closely with plant operations.
- Track record of driving process improvements and operational initiatives.
- Previous Plant/Site Controller experience preferred.
- Food manufacturing experience is a plus!
The Details:
Greater Boston / North Shore, MA
$120K–$140K base + 15% bonus (flexibility for exceptional candidates)
Fully onsite with flexible start/end times
