Join a growing manufacturing team in Nashua, NH as a CNC Machine Operator. This is a great opportunity for someone with basic CNC Machining knowledge who is ready to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative and safety-focused environment.
Pay rate: $22/hr | 2nd Shift | Nashua, NH
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM
What You'll Do:
- Operate CNC machines (no setup required) to produce precision components
- Follow work instructions and review specs to understand operational steps
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts
- Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools, thread gauges, and documentation procedures
- Conduct secondary operations like filing, sanding, and drilling as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Alert supervisors to any equipment or safety issues
- Cross-train to operate additional CNC machines with proper instruction
- Complete all necessary production paperwork
- Participate in team-based problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
What You Bring:
- High school diploma or GED
- Up to 6 months of CNC or manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Familiarity with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety
