Job DescriptionPosition Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and dependable Injection Molding Machine Operator with prior experience in plastic manufacturing. The ideal candidate will be able to independently set up, operate, and maintain injection molding machines to produce high-quality parts with minimal supervision. This is a great opportunity to join a steady team with consistent hours and a 4-day work week.Location: Monson, MAKey Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
• Monitor production processes and make necessary adjustments for quality and efficiency
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to minimize downtime
• Perform regular quality checks and visual inspections on molded parts
• Maintain accurate documentation of production, scrap, and machine settings
• Perform basic maintenance tasks and support preventative maintenance schedules
• Ensure a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating injection molding machines
• Familiarity with various thermoplastics and mold setups
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and inspection tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
