We are a licensed Vermont cannabis manufacturing company specializing in the production of gummies, tinctures and topicals. Our family-run business consists of a small team of highly motivated individuals with diverse backgrounds. We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented associates to join our dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and efficiency are key to our success.

This is a physical job which requires standing, lifting and bending throughout the workday. Duties include assisting with production of edibles and other cannabis products, labelling and packaging products, daily cleaning and sanitization duties.

Full-time work schedule is M-F, 8am – 5pm (40 hours+).

Part-time - M-F, flexible hours (8am - 5pm) depending on availability and skills.

Job Requirements

- Foodservice / manufacturing experience (required)

- Fine motor skills (to handle gummies, apply labels, etc)

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely

- Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards learning new tasks

- Ability to work quickly and effectively both independently and as part of a team

- Strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate

We will train the right individual – prior cannabis experience is not required. Onsite consumption of cannabis is against state rules and is not allowed at our facility.

Qualifications

- Must be over 21 years old and must complete cannabis employee ID card application with the State of VT. This includes a state and FBI criminal background check with fingerprints

- Ability to lift to 25 - 50 lbs on a regular basis

- Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards

- Must be punctual and have reliable transportation
