The Citizen Cider Brand Ambassador role is a fun and exciting way to dip a toe into the world of adult beverage sales, while earning additional income as a side hustle. Brand Ambassadors enjoy perks such as free training, cider, and attendance at fun events all around the state, including promotions, festivals, and tastings.
The Brand Ambassador works closely with the state manager to support tastings, samplings, and various types of events, including (but not limited to): golf tournaments, beer festivals, pint nights, and brand promotions.
Aside from the above, the Brand Ambassador should be responsible, self-motivated, and friendly (able to talk to anyone), and help improve our relationships with accounts by being flexible and kind.
The time investment and/or the quantity of hours/events worked is flexible. Every Brand Ambassador has the freedom to choose the events and commitments they would like to work on while simultaneously learning from an industry veteran of almost two decades.
Desirable candidates would reside in, or be willing to travel to, at least one of the following areas:
- Northern NH- Mountain and Lakes territory
- Coastal NH- Rochester/Dover and south to Seabrook/Plaistow areas
- Southern NH- Keene and/or Hanover
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Represent and promote Citizen Cider in the market
- Support tasting and samplings in the trade
- Represent Citizen Cider at festivals, trade shows, and events
- Present brand values and build relationships with key accounts as directed by the State Manager
- Ensuring brand presentation within accounts and maximizing exposure in line with brand guidelines
Requirements:
Required Skills and Abilities
- Must be 21+
- Love for delicious craft cider
- Experience in marketing and sales a plus
- A self-starter and team player, always striving for the best solution and not the easiest
- Flexible schedule – Available to work nights and weekends.
- Valid state driver’s license
- Reliable transportation required
Required Education and Experience
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
