Manage and oversee all aspects of the service department, including technicians, service advisors, and support staff
- Monitor and improve department productivity and profitability
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of all service repairs and maintenance tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Train and develop employees to perform to their fullest potential
- Maintain and enforce company policies and procedures
- Analyze and report on department performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Work closely with other department managers to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive team environment
