Role Overview:
The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting day-to-day warehouse operations, including shipping, packing, palletizing, and material handling. This role involves loading and unloading materials, preparing stock for safe transport, and moving goods within the facility using material-handling equipment. The position works under direct supervision and follows established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 0–2 years of warehouse or related experience
- Knowledge of basic warehouse practices and procedures
- Ability to lift 30 lbs. or more repeatedly
- Comfortable working in environments with exposure to machinery, chemicals, or other physical risks
- Ability to follow instructions and established guidelines
