Job Summary Pay Rate $18/hr. -$18.50/hr. Mon - Fri 7am - 5pm
The Food Manufacturing Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment used in food processing and packaging. This role ensures products are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards while following all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Set up, operate, and monitor food manufacturing equipment (mixers, depositors, fillers, packaging machines, etc.)
• Load raw materials and ingredients into machines
• Adjust machine settings to ensure proper portioning, weight, and quality
• Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of equipment
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues and report major problems to maintenance
• Complete production and quality control documentation
• Follow all food safety, GMP, OSHA, and company safety procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications
• Previous manufacturing or food production experience preferred
• Ability to operate industrial machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
