We’re hiring a full-time Restaurant Manager in Newton, MA who loves hospitality, develops people, takes ownership, and wants to help build an exceptional restaurant. This isn’t just a shift manager job. We want a hospitality leader who sets high standards, builds strong front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) teams, solves problems, and keeps making the restaurant better.
As a Restaurant Manager at Fiorella’s, you’ll lead restaurant operations across three areas:
TEAM – Hiring, Training & Staff Development
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and retain a strong restaurant team of servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff. Build a positive workplace where expectations are clear, team members get real feedback, and great performance is recognized.
GUEST – Hospitality & Guest Experience
Deliver an exceptional dining experience every day. Build guest relationships, turn first-time diners into regulars, handle guest concerns with care, and make sure our customer service and hospitality standards are met every shift.
BUSINESS – Restaurant Operations & Financial Performance
Run a disciplined, profitable restaurant. Manage the P&L, labor costs, food and beverage costs, inventory, and staff scheduling. Keep staffing levels right, follow our operating systems, and look for ways to keep improving.
A successful Fiorella’s Restaurant Manager:
- Builds a strong, engaged restaurant team
- Develops future shift leaders and managers
- Holds high standards for food quality, service, and cleanliness
