Robert Half’s marketing & creative client is seeking a freelance Digital Strategist for an ongoing remote contract beginning in December. This 10–25 hour-per-week position offers flexible scheduling and is ideal for candidates comfortable working independently and owning the entire digital campaign lifecycle. Candidates must be available for eastern time (EST) meetings. The Digital Strategist will collaborate with internal teams to develop, execute, and report on a variety of digital marketing initiatives across omnichannel campaigns, social media, display ads, and digital channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Define client objectives and campaign strategies
  • Lead digital campaign development from ideation through execution
  • Oversee A/B testing and performance analysis
  • Activate paid social and display ad strategies
  • Report on actionable insights
  • Ensure brand and budget alignment
  • Advise on industry trends, innovation, and best practices
  • 3 - 5+ years of experience in digital strategy and paid media
  • Strong Google Analytics and Google Ads skills
  • Prior agency experience
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Analytical and A/B testing experience
  • Self-starter
  • Strategic mindset
  • Skilled in campaign performance analysis and optimization
