Position Overview:
We are seeking a full time, 1st- shift Assembly Technician for our industrial electronics production team. The Technician will assemble a wide variety of electronic equipment using basic hand and power tools as well as test and calibration in a clean, climate-controlled work environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assemble products using basic hand tools and power tools, following established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Test and calibrate electronic components using automated test software to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Inspect completed assemblies for quality, identifying and correcting any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain a consistent pace of work to achieve production targets and uphold quality requirements.
- Package and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring all items are securely packed and properly labeled.
- Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while keeping the work area clean and organized.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with other staff members to support teamwork and resolve any issues that arise during the production process.
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with product assembly.
- Shipping / Receiving experience a plus.
- Basic familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ERP systems.
- Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English.
- Ability to perform soldering on both through-hole (TH) and surface-mount technology (SMT) electronic components, highly preferred.
- Basic electronics and troubleshooting knowledge, highly preferred.
Working Conditions
- Physical Demands: Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Able to lift and carry up to 20lbs, bend, reach, squat.
- Visual Demands: Must be able to look at a computer monitor for extended periods.
- Manufacturing Environment: Must be able to work in a manufacturing company, which may involve exposure to machinery, noise, and other industrial conditions.

Pay Transparency:
We are committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices. The compensation range for this position is $22.00/hour, depending on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.In addition to base compensation, this role includes a comprehensive benefit package which may include health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits.
