Responsibilities

- Maintain and update standard costs, inventory valuation, and overhead rates
- Partner with operations and engineering to ensure accurate product costing
- Support ERP implementation, data validation, and process improvements
- Perform cost analysis, inventory reconciliations, and month-end close activities
- Analyze manufacturing variances and provide insights to improve profitability
- Develop and enhance cost accounting processes and internal controls

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of cost accounting experience within a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory, and GAAP
- Experience supporting ERP implementations or system migrations preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with integrated ERP systems
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
