As the Corporate Lead Accountant, you will be required to perform multiple duties at the direction of the Vice President of Finance & Senior Vice President, some of these tasks include but are not limited to:
· Prepare and track client billing
· Utilization of recurring invoices and billing schedules
· Reconciliation of Vendor Account Statements for purchases to client billing
· Address billing inquiries
· Prepare and process vendor payments on weekly basis
· Reconcile bank and credit card statements
· Oversee and work with corporate billing accountant to ensure billing is accurate and timely performed and that follow up is being done regularly to ensure monies are being collected and accounted for.
· Work with VP Finance on corporate financial analysis
· Maintain confidentiality with sensitive information
· Administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training: Degree preferred but not required. Proficient in MS Excel and Word
Confidentiality for this position is a must.
