Job Title: Bartender – Hotel Bar (Plymouth, MA)
Location: Plymouth, Massachusetts
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
About Us
We are a hospitality-focused hotel in Plymouth, MA, offering guests a comfortable stay and a vibrant on-site bar experience. We are looking for an energetic and skilled Bartender to join our team and deliver excellent service to our guests and local patrons.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service while engaging with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of drink recipes, specials, and hotel offerings
- Ensure bar area is stocked with liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, and supplies
- Follow all state and local alcohol service regulations
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, including glassware, utensils, and equipment
- Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Assist with bar setup and closing duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred (hotel/bar/restaurant setting a plus)
- Strong knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Must be at least 21 years old and authorized to serve alcohol in Massachusetts
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
