Key Responsibilities\n

- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for students, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify specific needs.
- Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs, coping strategies, and cultural considerations.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), in both individual and group settings to support emotional and psychological growth.
- Provide crisis intervention services and coordinate with school personnel and parents when students face acute emotional or behavioral challenges.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
- Educate students and their families on mental health topics, empowering them with the knowledge and tools necessary for effective management of their conditions.
- Engage with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including educators, case managers, and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care for each student.
- Regularly assess treatment effectiveness through outcome measures and adjust strategies as necessary, ensuring the highest quality care.
- Stay updated on developments in mental health practices, integrating new research into your clinical work.

Compensation and Benefits\n
