Seeking an experienced manager to lead the mechanical, manufacturing, and engineering operations of a technical service facility.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Manage production schedules, staffing, workflow, and resource allocation.
- Lead and develop technicians, production employees, and engineering personnel.
- Ensure mechanical work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards.
- Improve manufacturing and repair processes through Lean and continuous improvement methods.
- Monitor productivity, quality, safety, delivery, and profitability metrics.
- Coordinate technical estimates, materials, inventory, and equipment maintenance.
- Partner with engineering, sales, and operations teams to resolve technical and customer issues.
- Manage departmental budgets, costs, margins, and operational performance.

Qualifications
\n

- 5+ years of leadership experience in mechanical, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial operations.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with machinery or industrial equipment.
- Proven ability to manage production teams, schedules, KPIs, and process improvements.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, ERP/MRP systems, budgeting, and P&L performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
