Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Operate injection molding machines and monitor production</li>
<li>Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met</li>
<li>Trim, sort, and package finished materials</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and safe work environment</li>
<li>Follow all safety and production procedures</li>
<li>Work as part of a team to meet production goals</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred</li>
<li>Injection molding experience is a plus (will train the right candidate)</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and reliability</li>
<li>Good attendance and work ethic</li>
