Location: Bourne, MA
Pay Range: $17.00–$20.00 per hour

Position Overview

USPRO is seeking a detail-oriented Electronic Assembler to support the assembly and production of electronic products. In this role, you will follow detailed manufacturing instructions and product specifications to accurately assemble components using a variety of hand, power, electric, and pneumatic tools.

The ideal candidate has prior electronic assembly or soldering experience, works well as part of a team, and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Relevant military training or experience may be considered in place of certain requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble electronic products and components according to written manufacturing instructions, drawings, and product specifications.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, electric tools, and pneumatic equipment to complete assembly tasks.
  • Perform basic soldering and electronic assembly work as required.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
  • Use basic computer systems to track production activity, document completed work, and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow established procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
  • Communicate production issues, defects, or material concerns to the team lead.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One to three years of electronic assembly, manufacturing, or related experience.
  • Basic knowledge of electronic assembly practices, tools, and procedures.
  • Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and product specifications.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently with limited supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous electronic assembly experience.
  • Soldering experience.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Familiarity with electric and pneumatic assembly tools.
