We need veteran "Fast-Casual Restaurant" District Managers or experienced QSR District Managers to help us grow! We believe that “bland and flavorless” is just downright bad...when it come to food...or your restaurant management career!

· Must be tenured ...3+ years minimum experience as Restaurant Area Manager or District Manager

· Must have experience overseeing a market of 5 or more restaurants

· Must have a track record of people development

· Must have a track record of controlling profitable P&L’s

· Must be fluent in driving sales...

· Must be a strong organizer and executer...

· Must have strong training skills in all areas of operations

· Must have a “lightening-rod” personality

· Must be willing to throw away the clipboard...and get involved in the game!
